Shipping Policy, The Ultratruss website is the truss website for 253INC dba Calluce, the Manufacture of Ultratruss, Structura & Ultrabeam Lighting products, as our customer, you can trust that your order will be quickly built to your specification, processed and safely delivered to you Via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or "Your chose of Carrier". All shipments will be insured and a Tracking Number will be emailed to you along with your freight receipt after shipment. Upon your request, we can also ship your order via Next day, 2nd or 3rd day delivery; please call; customer service for shipping charges for your approval. International destination shipments; after your approval, we will be shipped, and a Tracking Number will be emailed to you along with your credit card receipt after shipment. (Shipping charges will be added to your credit card) Shipping Charges; "Our shipping charges are determined by the shipments DIM, weight and your delivery address, state and country." (Shipping charges will be added to your credit card) All above shipment information is based upon the availability of the items ordered and your requested lead-time; 253INC manufactures all trusses and does not backorder trusses. Regarding Items that are not manufactured by 253INC you will be notified if an item is out of stock and when we expect it to be available. You may request that the be backordered or canceled. Under special conditions, 253INC reserves the right to use other delivery carriers other than our standard FedEx service.
