Return Policy

The Ultratruss website is the truss website for 253INC, the Manufacture of Ultratruss, Structura & Ultrabeam Lighting. 253INC will accept eligible returns within 10 days of the customer receiving of order date. 253INC will also clearly label all non-returnable items in the product description such as (i.e. all custom designed, all custom finished items, discounted items and clearance items).

253INC will refund all funds in the same manner the customer originally paid, will also not accept: Merchandise returns without a Ultratruss 253 R.G.A. # (253INC Return Goods Authorization Number)

253INC will process all refunds within fifteen days of receiving an R.G.A. 253INC will charge no more than 25% or $25.00 (whichever is greater) as a restocking charge.

253INC will pay for all standard shipping costs and will not charge a restocking fee and accept all returned items when the return is a result of 253INC product manufacturer's defects or fulfillment error.
